Teaching Statement

I combine theory with practice. I prepare lecture materials using books of my own. Additionally, I use references from other books that are relevant to the topic of the lecture and combine them with current conditions in various situations that are relevant to the topic.

Graduate Supervision Statement

Students are required to seek and find problems that occur in an organization/company, then find the phenomenon of research problems. Students prepare CHAPTER 1 according to the manual that has been prepared. Then they compile a literature review and Research Methods. Furthermore, they collect data in the field, processing and analyzing it to make conclusions.
