Unity and the spirit of kinship in the campus environment is something that must be fulfilled first. This is not without reason, because the existence of unity and the spirit of kinship between the academic community is the key to successful implementation of education on campus.
Despite academic learning, there is interaction between lecturers of the Management Study Program at Maranatha Christian University. Relationships in the frame of unity and a healthy academic atmosphere will strengthen the spirit of diversity within a bond of higher education institutions.

What are these joint activities?
It started with a prayer, a Live Streaming ceremony, and remarks by the Dean of the Faculty of Business at Maranatha Christian University. After that, it was filled with sharing between lecturers, and hospitality; directly chaired by a lecturer of the Bachelor Program in Accounting, Mr. Dr. Chen Guangen, Ak., C.A.

It’s also combined with a hybrid manner, where the organizing committee carried out the event onsite in the Co-Working Space of PT. DSU Maranatha Christian University. This bonding event is the first online. Space and time constraints did not affect the enthusiasm of the participants.
The format of this fellowship activity was expected to increase a sense of kinship and foster a spirit of unity among lecturers who have struggled and served in educating and carrying out their obligations at the faculty of business at Maranatha Christian University. With unity, a sense of togetherness and a mature and wise family spirit, one will care about others, become closer, help each other, not only on campus but also outside campus.
The lecturers made this event very special and fun. Starting from games games with prizes with large nominal prizes, the video competition 'Biz Steak' and others, made this event a medicine in releasing longing, as well as strengthening the ties of brotherhood between lecturers.
In campus life that upholds academic morality, civility in social interactions, we will foster close relationships. There is also a growing understanding of the shared meaning of the need to live side by side in a peaceful campus.
Also, this event can be an additional competence to foster a high sense of unity and solidarity. It is hoped that, apart from having knowledge, the lecturers are able to increase sensitivity in increasing empathy & establishing close relationships without being hindered by space and time during the Covid-19 pandemic which hinders intimate in-person contacts.
