This event aims to encourage the spirit of learning and appreciate the achievements of the students.

In early 2020, the Dean's List event was conducted online due to the ongoing pandemic. However, for the odd semester of 2022/2023, the event was held in person, attended by the nominees, faculty members, and parents of the students. After the opening remarks from the Dean of the Faculty of Business, the Student Senate Chairperson, Imelda Handoko Putri, congratulated the students and expressed hope that the event would motivate them to enhance their enthusiasm for learning.

Nominations for this event were open to active students of Maranatha Christian University from the 2019-2022 batches. Each student from various batches had the opportunity to showcase their profile picture and their GPA achievements for that semester. Additionally, one student from each batch was honored as the "best of the best" based on the highest GPA and active participation evaluated from their portfolios.

Physical certificates for the "best of the best" category were directly presented by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Business, Mrs. Imelda Junita, S.E., M.T. The students were invited to step onto the podium to receive congratulations and certificates in person.

The event concluded with a performance by the band De Ben's, consisting of active students from Maranatha Christian University. The event was lively and followed the predetermined schedule.

The students expressed their gratitude for the support and appreciation they received, and they pledged to strive harder to achieve their goals and aspirations. Furthermore, they are expected to do so based on the values of ICE (Integrity, Care, and Excellence), which are life principles for Christian individuals, and the core values instilled by Maranatha Christian University as its vision and mission.
