My research efforts focus on all areas of management accounting and financial accounting, in particular on archival studies. My research topics include cost behavior and sustainability disclosures.

My teaching philosophy is to become a learning facilitator for students, conducting a two-way conversations and presentations in the form of power points. Students are given the freedom to develop their ideas independently in doing assignments to carry out the independent learning program (MBKM).
