My research interests focus on Management Accounting and Control systems, especially currently on levers of control, management control structures and processes, responsibility centers, formal and informal controls, related to innovation and organizational performance.

My teaching philosophy is to create a fun teaching and learning atmosphere where there is interactive communication between lecturers and students. Lecture material is presented in the form of PowerPoint with an attractive appearance. I provide opportunities for students to make presentations on previously-prepared material and discuss with one another. Assignments are reported in Google Classroom.
